Eurobead is warming houses for winter

Before winter really hits we designed a website for an insulation company based in Galway.  Their existing website needed complete redesign and had a strong need for applying a structure to it. With the new site and new logo Eurobead could promote their reinvented business to the new markets.  The owner thought that they probably did not need to design a new logo. Only after seeing our wow factor logo designs he was amazed and started using it immediately.

Website puts a strong emphasis on social networking having its own blog and accounts of facebook, twitter, linkedin and igopeople. It seems essential to look after this side of business nowadays

Magento Cart

Long time awaited but it’s finally here, Magento cart! This fully operational cart has multiple retail options to boost up the sales. All the purchases are greatly presented in the reports to let you gain control of your business.

The back end is very professional and easy to get around. I think that Magento developers thought about every option in the cart that possible can be used in the online retail store.

Productivity @ Work

Whether you are an employee or in management, productivity is now, since we operate in a high cost environment, one of the most important aspects in business.

‘Staying in control of your inbox’ is one of the most relevant since most people’s inboxes are always full. The side effects from a full Inbox means you will omit an odd vital messages and waste time searching for messages – but moreover, this ‘state’ is actually consuming valuable mind space, trying to remember which emails requires action.

The best way to deal with your inbox is to apply the Four D’s to each message as you receive them… Delete It – don’t be afraid to delete an email! Does the message relate to you or your work, delete it. If it is related but has no related action, you can store it away in a folder.  Do It – if it can be done in less than two minutes, do it, as it’s not work you time recording the task to do it later. If it’s greater than two minutes, then you need to add this to your task list to be completed with related tasks at a specific time. I.e. you might want to reply to all personal/friends emails at the end of the day so they don’t disturb your work flow.

Delegate It – if the email is meant for someone else, forward it on with a quick message and remove it (archive or delete) from your inbox. Finally, Defer It – if it takes longer than two minutes and it’s for your input/action defer it placing it into your task list or diary if a specific time is required. Remember, your diary and task lists must be a trusted system, to give you the confidence that the item will get done – otherwise it will take up that valuable mind space!
